Guiding cylinder with external ball bearing guide (ZSS/ZKS)

Technical information

• ZSS and ZKS are characterised by a ball bearing guide mounted on the bottom side of the profile tube, which is suitable for very high forces and torques.
• For installation of the external ball bearing guide, a part of the underside of the profile tube must be slightly machined in order to achieve a clean and flat surface for installing the rail.
• ZSS guiding cylinders are delivered with 2 guide carriages on the ball bearing guide.
• ZSK guiding cylinders are delivered with 1 guide carriage on the ball bearing guide.
• The maximum stroke is limited to 3,000 mm, greater strokes upon request.
